US-based Duravant has finalised its acquisition of the Bruges-based packaging company Pattyn, the Bruges company announced on Thursday.
Pattyn, which has been operating for 70 years, specialises in automating bulk packaging processes, particularly for the food industry. The company, based in West Flanders, operates globally with production sites in Belgium, France, and Spain.
Duravant is an American company specialising in automation solutions.
The acquisition was initially announced in February.
The financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
