The weather on Friday will be partly cloudy with clouds, though sunnier conditions are expected along the coast, according to forecasts from the Royal Meteorological Institute (RMI).

Temperatures will range around 20°C at the Belgian coast, 22°C to 23°C in the Ardennes, and between 23°C and 26°C elsewhere.

This evening, skies will clear, but higher clouds will increase. There may also be localised mist or fog.

Minimum temperatures will vary from 10°C to 16°C, with light and variable winds.

Stormy Saturday

Saturday morning will begin with localised fog, giving way to skies that will be partly to very cloudy, with an increasing risk of showers, especially south of the Sambre and Meuse valley.

By afternoon, these showers may become stormy, however the northwest of the country should remain mostly dry.

Highs are expected to be around 22°C at the coast and between 23°C and 27°C inland. Winds will be light to moderate, but strong gusts are possible locally during storms.

The risk of thunderstorm showers will continue Saturday evening and overnight, with low temperatures settling between 14°C and 16°C.
