One of the world’s biggest-selling singers Drake has announced a European tour starting in August, with one date at Antwerp's Sportpaleis.

The Canadian rapper will bring ‘$ome $pecial $hows 4 EU’ to Sportpaleis in Antwerp, on Thursday 7 August, with special guest PARTYNEXTDOOR. The latter is set to perform on 4 July at Les Ardentes, his only Belgian festival show this summer. A month later, he’ll join Drake as a special guest at the Sportpaleis.

Organised by Live Nation, Drake will also be performing in London, Paris, Amsterdam and Cologne, among others. It's Drake's first tour in Europe and the UK in six years, following his 2019 Assassination Vacation Tour, according to Entertainment Focus.

With a past as a child actor, Drake found success in music after his first studio album Thank Me Later (2010). It was followed by critically acclaimed albums with colossal commercial success such as Take Care (2011), Nothing Was the Same (2013), Views (2016) and Scorpio (2018).

Drake is currently in a bitter legal battle with American rapper Kendrick Lamar, after having filed a defamation lawsuit against their joint label Universal Music Group (UMG) earlier this year. The two have embarked on an intense and highly publicised "feud”, including by releasing ‘diss’ tracks.

His collaborative album with PartyNextDoor, $ome $exy $ongs 4 U, released in February 2025, directly reached the top spot of the Billboard 200.

Tickets go on sale on Friday 6 June at 12:00. RTBF’s Tipik radio station is offering a promotion with some free tickets.
