Around twenty designers will unveil their clothing, jewellery, and accessories during the Brussels Fashion Sales, taking place at Halles Saint-Géry over the weekend of 13 and 14 June.

This new edition aims to showcase 'Made in Brussels' fashion and promote local consumption, while also aligning with the 2025 Art Deco Year celebrations across the city.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the creators behind the pieces, learning the unique stories of each item during this two-day sale event, which offers affordable prices, according to Mode-in.Brussels, the organising association.

Emerging, freshly graduated designers and seasoned creators will present their current and past season collections, along with prototypes and unique pieces.

In a nod to earlier editions of the Brussels Fashion Sales, novice and experienced seamstresses, costume designers, and fashion students can also purchase high-quality fabrics and textiles at reduced prices for their future projects.

This spring event fully embraces fashion culture. The famous city-centre halls – originally opened in 1882 with stalls and counters and now repurposed as commercial and cultural spaces – host the free exhibition "Art Deco 1925 <> Fashion 2025", where ten designers reinterpret Art Deco aesthetics through silhouettes inspired by drawings and photographs from the interwar period.

Brussels is celebrating the centenary of the Art Deco movement, which began in the 1910s and was popularised by the 1925 International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts in Paris.  The movement influenced architecture, furniture, and fashion into the 1930s, when its popularity waned.
