The Israeli military has issued an evacuation order for civilians at three Yemeni ports in anticipation of strikes against Houthi rebel infrastructure.
The Houthis regularly launch missiles towards Israel in support of Palestinians in Gaza.
Colonel Avichay Adraee, spokesperson for the Israeli military, stated in an Arabic message shared on X and Telegram that the Houthi “terrorist regime” uses the ports of Ras Issa, Hodeida, and Al-Salif for their operations.
For safety reasons, he urged all individuals present in these port areas to evacuate immediately and move to a safe distance.
