The owner of a dance school in Diepenbeek, Limburg Province, has been arrested as part of an ongoing judicial investigation into alleged sexual offences involving minors.
Officers from the local police conducted a raid at the suspect’s residence on Sunday. The 36-year-old was detained and presented before an investigating judge in Hasselt on Monday. The judge decided to release him under strict conditions.
The investigation is being carried out by detectives from the Limburg police under the supervision of the investigating judge. According to public broadcaster VRT NWS, the suspect is a former member of the boys’ band Get Ready! who left the group in 2017 to start a dance school.
