The eighth edition of the Sablon Design Market will be held from 12 to 14 September at the Grand Sablon Square in Brussels, its organisers announced on Thursday.

This year, the free event will showcase ceramics as its main highlight.

Spanning three days, the design market will feature contemporary ceramic pieces alongside other fine materials such as wood, leather, brass, and bronze. These will be presented by both Belgian and international artisans.

Organisers noted that visitors would be able to explore a curated selection of 20th-century furniture, vibrant paintings, distinctive costume jewellery, and rare, iconic Delvaux bags.

The Sablon Design Market attracts over 30,000 visitors each year.

The Sablon district has been famous for hosting an Antiques Market every weekend since 1960.
