A 22-year-old man who fell with his electric scooter on Sunday evening in Temse, East Flanders, has died from his injuries, the local Ar-Rahim Mosque announced on Wednesday evening on Facebook.
The young man suffered a head injury and had been in critical condition for several days.
According to reports in Het Nieuwsblad and Het Laatste Nieuws, no other vehicles were involved in the accident.
