This Sunday afternoon will remain largely sunny, with a few cumulus clouds forming inland.
Maximum temperatures are expected to range from 17°C in the Hautes-Fagnes region to 22-23°C in the central areas of the country. A light to occasionally moderate north-easterly wind is forecast, particularly in the northwest.
In the evening, skies will initially stay clear. Later, high-altitude clouds will move in from the west.
Night-time temperatures will drop to as low as 2°C in the higher areas of the Ardennes, with some valleys experiencing even colder conditions. In the plains, minima will range around 10°C with a light north-easterly wind shifting to the east-southeast.
On Monday, expect mostly clear skies with slightly warmer temperatures. Highs will range from 19°C in the Hautes-Fagnes to 24°C along the coast and up to 25°C in the plains. Winds will remain light and variable. By the afternoon, coastal areas may experience a moderate north-easterly breeze.
The rest of the week is expected to be more unsettled, with rain possibly making a comeback from Wednesday onwards.
