A 13-year-old German boy who went missing on Friday near the Belgian-German border has been found safe, authorities confirmed early Saturday.
The boy was last seen riding his bicycle on Friday afternoon along the Vennbahn cycle path near Roetgener Straße, heading towards Raeren in Belgium and Aachen in Germany.
He was located in good health shortly after 02:00 on Saturday, according to statements from the police and Child Focus.
