Restaurant & bar
Maison Louise Restauant & Bar is a high-flying restaurant which specialises in Eastern European cuisine, located on the first floor of the hotel, elegantly furnished in a contemporary design. It spans the entire width of the façade, with a number of alcoves overlooking the the views of the avenue.
The restaurant serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, including a special Sunday brunch event from 12.00 every Sunday.
The menu is signed by Isabelle Arpin, masterfully crafted by Executive Chef Adwin Fontein.
The hotel also features Mister Blue Bar, which is adjacent to the restaurant offering an intimate and comfortable ambience. The bartender serves classic cocktails and some very personal and original creations. The bar also opens out onto a spacious terrace.
