Canadian pop star Justin Bieber is forced to stop his world tour, stating in an Instagram post that he struggles with physical and mental health problems.

Bieber was set to perform on 20 and 21 March 2023 in the Antwerp Sportpaleis. Both concerts are cancelled for the time being. A new date has not yet been announced.

Speaking on the tour cancellation, Bieber admits. “The exhaustion overtook me,” he writes. “I need time to rest and recuperate.”

The Canadian has Ramsay-Hunt syndrome and suffered from facial paralysis earlier this year. As a result of that illness, Bieber also stopped performing for some time earlier this year.

Part of his face was paralysed by a virus affecting the nerves in his ear and face. He resumed his performances at the end of July. However, that turned out to be a bit too early.

Justin Bieber’s ‘Justice World Tour’ started in March and 70 more shows would follow until March 2023.
