The maximum prices of diesel and heating oil will go down from Thursday. Diesel becomes cheaper by 5 cents per litre, heating oil almost 10 cents. This is reported by the Federal Public Service Economy.
The new maximum price of diesel (B7) is 2.1720 euros per litre, a decrease of 5.4 cents. Yesterday diesel had become 15 cents more expensive. 50S heating oil is 9.8 cents cheaper per litre bringing the new maximum price to €1.4219 per litre for orders of at least 2,000 litres.
As a result, the fuel oil price again falls below €1.5 per litre. The price decreases are the result of the quotations of oil products and/or their biocomponents on the international markets, said the FPS Economy.
