As seen on Friday night, the Royal Meteorological Institute (RMI) is forecasting fresh frosts on Saturday night with temperatures of -4°C to -10°C degrees.

"This could be even lower in some Ardennes valleys”, the forecaster warned. Conditions will be calm with clear skies overnight in most areas. The RMI still expects a risk of freezing fog temporarily in the west, but this should not last all night.

As seen for over a week, minimum temperatures will plunge well below freezing and could drop to -10°C in Upper Belgium or in valleys in the Ardennes.

Sunday will start sunny before a gradual increase in cloudiness towards the end of the day. Possible snowfall may occur in some localities. Maximum temperatures will vary from -2°C to +3°C at the end of the day.
