Flanders is experiencing heavy traffic on its motorways after four vehicles, including two trucks, were involved in an accident on Monday morning in the Kennedy tunnel in Antwerp.
The Flemish mobility centre recorded more than an hour of traffic jams on the E17 and E34 motorways.

The traffic jams are expected to continue for some time because one of the drivers involved in the accident is trapped in his vehicle, and other damaged vehicles must be evacuated from the tunnel.
