The Dutch Prosecutor's Office is offering a €30,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a 49-year-old suspect in a fatal shooting on Saturday in the town of Zwijndrecht that left a 66-year-old woman dead, and her 38-year-old daughter seriously injured.

The younger woman is in critical condition in hospital.

The fugitive is wanted for murder and attempted murder, according to an announcement on the TV programme 'Opsporing Verzocht' ('Wanted').

Suspect Minh Nghia Vuong, nicknamed 'Lucky,' fled after the shooting at the shopping center in Zwijndrecht and is still at large. Police suspect he is contacting people in his network “to provide things like shelter, food and resources and stay out of sight of the police.”

Meanwhile, a crowdfunding campaign has been launched. With the proceeds, initiators say they want to pay for the funeral of the dead woman and the rehabilitation expenses of her daughter.
