Flatbread maker Barouche partners with investment company

Barouche pita seller, which has four locations in Belgium, is teaming up with Green Park Investment Partners to make a substantial expansion:  the aim is to grow to 15 stores in three years, Barouche said in a press release on Tuesday.

The flatbread makers opened in Ghent at the end of 2020 and quickly expanded to four locations, adding Brussels, Leuven and Antwerp. On average, the chain has an annual turnover of €900,000 per location.

In 2020, Green Park also teamed up with Hawaiian Poké Bowl, which now has 29 locations in Belgium and the Netherlands.
