Here are five reasons why you should definitely head to Brussels from 26 to 28 May.
1. Experience the unique musical vibe at the renovated Bourse
The newly renovated Place de la Bourse on the traffic-free Boulevard Anspach will have a fully-fledged stage with a sultry mix of hybrid genres. Experience jazz, laced with beats, hip-hop and electronic sounds.
2. Focus on young talent
The city festival expands with an extra stage at the Place de la Vieille Halles aux Blés. Thanks to the collaboration with the Royal Brussels Conservatoire (KCB) and the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles (CRB), young, ambitious ensembles will take over the square and present their versatile musical talent to the audience.
3. An eclectic and traditional musical line-up
The five squares with open-air concerts spread throughout the city centre will each have their own musical identity.
The Grand Place offers a contemporary mix of Belgian jazz masters and emerging international artists.
Sainte-Catherine is the place to be for blues, swing, exotic jazz and dixieland.
Head to Place de la Chapelle and Place de la Vieille Halles aux Blés for the sounds of the future and emerging jazz formations.
Bourse also will be hosting a spectacular jazz party.

On 27 May, the Brass Parade will take you along a fascinating route through the streets of Brussels together with 5 international brass bands.
In addition, in Etterbeek and Anderlecht, there will be two mini-festivals - hip jazz bands will make their appearance on Van Meyelplein, while on Sunday you can enjoy concerts on the roof of a boat at the foot of the Marchant bridge during 'Jazz on the Canal'.
Finally, the more active music lover can sign up for one of the guided bike tours organised by Cactus Brussels. There is no lack of musical inspiration to go out in the city with your family, friends or alone.
5. Bruxelles, ma belle
The generous and varied musical programme taking place on iconic squares, along lively streets and in legendary clubs and cafés, automatically takes you to all the beauty that the city of Brussels has to offer. Besides the concerts, you can also enjoy cosy terraces or be pampered gastronomically in one of the many bars and restaurants, get inspired by the architectural and cultural hotspots to be found in the city or stay in one of the city's charming spots.
