It might be the coolest spot in Antwerp this summer. The artists’ collective Time Circus has created a relaxed bar in two industrial sheds on the Kattendijkdok waterfront.
The artists built the temporary bar using salvaged wood, abandoned window frames and anything else they could find. They furnished it with wooden tables, old chairs, potted plants and a vintage Wurlitzer.
It’s the perfect spot to sit with a beer on the Antwerp waterfront. The bar sells coffee from its own roastery along with homemade juices and local beers. It stays open until September 2023. Then everything is dismantled until next year.
