Temperatures will rise to 33° C on Saturday in Belgium, according to the midday forecast from the Royal Meteorological Institute (IRM).

The weather will remain dry overall, but isolated thundershowers cannot be ruled out. The temperature will decrease at night, to between 15 and 20°C.

On Sunday, after a dry morning, the country will be hit by thunderstorms, some of them intense. Temperatures will be between 22 and 32°.

On Sunday night, the showers will move towards the Netherlands and Germany. On Monday morning, the sky could still be full of low clouds and fog in the Ardennes, while the sun will have returned to the rest of the country. The weather is expected to be mostly dry, with highs ranging from 22° to 26°, all under light to moderate winds.

Temperatures will again rise slightly on Tuesday, reaching 30° C. While the sky is likely to be mostly clear, showers cannot be ruled out in the evening and overnight.
