Police are searching for a man who attempted to abduct an 11-year-old boy with a van at the end of June.
The events took place on Tuesday 27 June, between 3.30pm and 4pm, at Emiel Blangenoisstraat in Schoten, near Antwerp.
According to the police, the suspect is a man aged between 35 and 40 with light skin colour. He has a grey-brown beard and moustache, and his hair was combed back. He has a purple tattoo on the right side of his neck.
At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black zip-up jacket and black shoes, as well as thick-framed black sunglasses.
The van was white with lettering on the passenger side, a double rear door and a sliding side door.
