Monday will see sunshine across much of the country, except the East where low clouds and fog are expected, according to the Royal Meteorological Institute morning bulletin.
Cumulus clouds will form during the day, but the weather will remain generally dry. Temperatures will reach 23°C by the sea and 28°C in the Ardennes. The wind will generally be light to moderate from the southwest.
The sky will be mostly clear during the evening and overnight from Monday to Tuesday, with temperatures falling between 13°C and 18°C.
Tuesday will be fairly sunny with more clouds during the afternoon. In the southeast of the country, a thunderstorm may develop during the afternoon or evening. It will remain generally dry in other regions, before the return of some rain from the west during the following night.
Temperatures will climb a few degrees to reach maximums of 25°C by the sea and 30°C in parts of the Ardennes. There will be a moderate wind along the coast from the southwest, which may become quite strong during the day.
