Tuesday's first leg between AEK and Dinamo Zagreb in the third heat of the UEFA Champions League has now been postponed, Dinamo Zagreb reported on Tuesday. The second leg will be played as scheduled on 15 August but the first leg should now be on 18 or 19 August.
Monday night's clashes began after Dinamo had finished a pre-match training session at the venue in Nea Philadelphia.
Dinamo said in a statement that it "strongly condemns the riots that took place last night in Athens," adding that "such events are not in line with the values and ethics we promote as a club and community."
" We express our deep concern over this incident," it said. "GNK Dinamo would like to express its sincere condolences to the family of the deceased."
