Stromae has officially become the first Belgian artist to join the exclusive billion-views club on YouTube with his iconic hit "Papaoutai."
The timing of this achievement coincides with the 10th anniversary of Stromae's legendary album, "Racine Carrée," which is also being celebrated with the release of a limited collector's edition.
Currently, some of Stromae's other chart-toppers include "Carmen" with 128 million views, "Formidable" with 329 million, "Soirée de folie" at 403 million and "Tous les mêmes" at 404 million views.

Who will be the next Belgian artist to follow in Stromae's footsteps? While Damso's "Macarena" boasts 145 million views, Angèle's "Tout Oublier" 131 million views and Romeo Elvis' "1000 ° C" 68 million views, the journey to a billion is still a considerable one.
