Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie since 1995 was always an elegant and recognized hotel on Avenue Louise.
A perfect location on the Brussels’ most fashionable shopping and business district is the key of a perfect stay for business or family trips to Brussels. Easily accessible by car, bike and public transportation, the hotel provides car and electrical car parking, bike parking and a tram stop located in front of the hotel.
During this summer, we fully renovated the conference area and the meeting rooms to propose a better experience to our corporate clients. Jeremy Hillegeer, the General Manager explained: “We are extremely happy with the end results of our latest investment in our conference area as it aligns our product with today’s guest expectation. Thanks to a well-balanced colour palette, which includes the famous Thon Touch, mixed with user-friendly modern technology we are able to meet and exceed guest experience requirements.”
We selected a new large podium and a lectern to meet the speakers’ needs, as well as new microphones, a BOSE sound system and HD Laser Light projectors. To create the best atmosphere during the event, we thought about all details: new lights - Daylight Toned Led Lights – to give to the participants the necessary energy and a perfect controllable temperature.
Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie has 7 meeting rooms and can host events for 2 or 300 participants with different setups and options to fit the specificities of any conference. With a plenary room for 300 persons and a variety of breakout rooms available, your future events are more than welcome at our hotel. A new coffee break area is available under the veranda and colourful gallery can welcome your breaks and walking events.
With 142 bedrooms, our hotel is able to accommodate conference groups for one or several days. Feel free to book accommodation for your participants for a next event. It is always better to have good sleep before an important presentation. One of the well-known characteristic of the hotel are our standard rooms.
Thanks to our spacious standard rooms with a surface of more than 35 square meters, we offer the biggest rooms in Brussels, guaranteeing comfort and a homely feeling to our guests. Some of our rooms feature even a private sauna to offer a relaxing time. All our guests have complimentary access to the modern fitness room and sauna.
We want our guests to start their day full of energy. This is why we offer a varied breakfast buffet with cold and hot options. Our breakfast is inspired by local and organic products and offers something to everyone. Our guests can enjoy breakfast until 10:00 from Monday to Friday and until noon during the weekend to offer some more time to relax during the morning.
Following the renovation works, a new conference map will be available with new menus and conference packages, as well as a food-sharing concept, which proposes shared plates in the middle of the table. Most of the time, we serve lunch and dinner in our “91-restaurant and bar”.
Our restaurant is open every day to everybody, for lunch time from 12:00 to 14:00 on weekdays and for dinner, all days from 19:00 to 22:00. With a French Mediterranean kitchen and refreshing cocktail at the bar, you can end your event with a moment of fun in a modern and cosy place.
