As a result of an accident, around an hour of traffic jams formed on the outer ring this morning, in the direction of Brussels, Het Laatste Nieuws reports.
A traffic incident in the Leonard tunnel towards Brussels is causing major traffic disruption towards the capital. After the accident, the left lane is blocked.
Motorists report a queue time of around an hour, with the disruption extending back as far as Braine-l’Alleud in Wallonia.
