Tipi photography bookstore opened in 2012 in an abandoned shop in Brussels’ Saint-Gilles quarter. The books are displayed in a warm, eclectic interior with art and photo books scattered around the place, along with an old sofa, mirrors and ladders to reach high shelves.
The owner Andrea Copetti displays an inspiring and eclectic range of original works by small presses along with self-published books. He also organises book launches, photo exhibitions and other events to bring together the city’s most innovative photographers.
