The Royal Meteorological Institute (IRM) predicts largely dry and cloudy weather on Saturday, with some initial clear skies in the northern part of the country and temperatures between 6°C to 10°C.
The day will start off mostly dry with clear skies north of the Sambre and Meuse rivers, whereas the Ardennes and Gaume regions will experience increased cloudiness. As the day progresses, more clouds will also appear in Flanders. Whilst the weather will remain dry in many locations, there is a risk of drizzle, particularly in the southeast and on the coast.
The maximum temperatures will fluctuate between 6°C in the high Ardennes and 10°C in the lowland regions. A moderate to occasionally quite strong south-west wind will also be directed towards the south, with wind speeds potentially reaching up to 50 km/hr.
