Dranouter Festival is gearing up for its 50th edition, which will take place from 2-4 August 2024.
The festival originated in 1975 as a small, local event for folk music. It has since grown into one of Europe's most respected music festivals, now welcoming a variety of music genres alongside folk.
Previous years have featured artists such as Lou Reed, Nick Cave, Van Morrison and Angele.
On Tuesday, the event organisers unveiled the first acts for this year's celebratory edition aptly titled 50 Years Of New Traditions, including rapper Brihang, and singer-songwriter Suzanne Vega, best known for her 1990s classic Tom's Diner.

Suzanne Vega is expected to grace the stage on Sunday 4 August.
The family friendly festival will also offer a wide variety of entertainment, including food stalls, themed bars, street theatre, marching bands, and plenty of activities for children.
A variety of weekend and camping tickets are now on sale, on the Dranouter Festival website.
