Folk Dranouter is announcing a special line-up for children for its 2024 edition, due to take place from 2-4 August.

Kapitein Winokio and the music show Pipa Polo are among the attractions on the KIDS line-up, also featuring a variety of activities and animations for the festival’s youngest attendees.

As a family-friendly event, Dranouter includes a KIDS line-up in their programme alongside regular performances. This features numerous shows and activities aimed at engaging young festival-goers.

The festival, starting on Friday 2 August, will play host to the musical fairytale Pipa Polo. Bonkie Bonkie Soundsystem will bring a party atmosphere for the young attendees on both Friday and Saturday at the West Flemish event.

Saturday 3 August will see the dance and singalong show Ik en den Theo catering to the children, while popular Kapitein Winokio is set to perform a summer concert for them on Sunday 4 August.

Added to this, the festival offers an instrument workshop, a Baby Bar, the Berenbad, and play structures such as Playscape for children to enjoy. Young visitors can also delight in brass bands. Festival access for the youngest attendees is granted with a KIDS ticket priced at €5.
