The board of directors of Heineken is becoming more Belgian: 4 of the 10 directors in charge of the Dutch brewery from July 1st will be Belgian nationals, points out a company press release. The group CEO is Belgian Jean-François van Boxmeer. Leading the company with him were already Chris Van Steenbergen and Roland Pirmez. Marc Busain, former Heineken director in Mexico, is joining them. He will head operations on the entire American continent.
