The Liège police force carried out an intervention using force yesterday (Monday) around 10 p.m. in premises occupied by asylum seekers. Police were called to a fight between some of the asylum seekers, shortly before 10 p.m. This was still ongoing at 10.30 p.m. The Liège police force indicated that at midnight, there were still police at the scene.
The location of the incident has not been revealed.
The media do not know either the reason for, or the cause of, the fight.
