The criminal court in Charleroi was further investigating the “City” case on Tuesday. Judge Jean-Marc Ruchard ruled in favour of the five settlements. They were requested by former alderwoman Viviane Vanacker, two businessmen and two firms, who all chose to pay a fine and end proceedings against them.
