The German conglomerate Siemens is currently in tentative discussions with Canada’s Bombardier about a possible merger of their railway operations, according to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on Wednesday. Bombardier has a site in Bruges. The discussions are still in their preliminary stage and there are no guarantees they will come to an agreement.
