Sam Rainsy

Sam Rainsy is a former Minister of Finance of Cambodia. He is the founder and interim leader of the opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) which collected 44% of the popular vote in 2013 and 2017. In 2006 he was awarded the Liberal International Prize for Freedom.
