Shots were fired in Lange Schipperskapelstraat, Antwerp, on Friday night, the public prosecutor’s office have reported.
The incident occurred near the "Red and Blue" bar, on the quayside.
An individual allegedly drew a weapon following a confrontation.
The police responded by opening fire.
