A fire in an apartment building in Antwerp broke out on Wednesday evening, according to local police. One person was arrested.
A total of eight residents were sent to the hospital following the fire in the Hoboken district.
Among the victims are a mother and two young children, who were in a serious condition following the incident.
One person was arrested by the local authorities. The apprehended person is suspected of having started the fire deliberately.
