The furniture shop, IKEA, issued a recall for a garlic press due to a potential manufacturing defect.
The affected product is a black IKEA 365+ Värdefull garlic press. The defect could cause small metal particles to detach and mix with food, creating a health risk if ingested, the company explained in a press release.
Affected products bear the references 201.521.58, 305.781.89, and 601.636.02, with date codes ranging from 2411 (AASS) to 2522 (AASS).

Customers are urged to stop using the product immediately and to return the product to any Ikea store for a refund.
