Aldi has issued a recall for its artisanal ham, marketed under the Délifin brand, due to the possible presence of salmonella.

The product in question comes in packs of four slices and was sold between 18 and 25 June with a use-by date of 07/07/2025 and product codes ANC: 27069684 and GTIN: 4068261077823.

Aldi advises customers not to consume the product and to return it to the purchase location for a refund.

Symptoms of salmonella infection, which include fever, abdominal cramps, and diarrhoea, may appear within 12 to 48 hours of consuming contaminated food.

Young children, pregnant women, persons with weakened immune systems, and the elderly are at high risk.

Consumers who have eaten the product and experience symptoms are advised to consult a doctor.
