The fight broke out for unclear reasons on Rue des Loups at about 7.30 a.m. on 26 June, between four individuals, before continuing to the Veeweyde Quay in Anderlecht.

The second witness is of medium height, dressed in a dark jacket, dark trousers, and white trainers. He had a black umbrella and a blue bag with white patterns. This person was seen turning back several times towards the group involved in the altercation after passing by them.
