Sparkx, a leading provider of sportainment, has opened a theme park in Sint-Denijs-Westrem, Ghent, its second in Belgium.
The new leisure site spans 4,800 square metres. Visitors can engage in over 50 sports using advanced technology, including 16 new activities not available at its first park, located in Hasselt, Limburg. These include motorcycle racing and ice hockey.
The theme park is designed to be inclusive, offering activities such as boccia and wheelchair racing.
Founded in 2023, Sparkx has already attracted over 300,000 visitors to its Hasselt location.
In Ghent, the park will be open daily throughout the summer, starting on Sunday.
