Train services between Liège-Guillemins and Verviers will be completely suspended for almost a month from Monday, 28 July, due to a major modernisation project on Line 37 by Infrabel.
The works include renewing switches, tracks, overhead lines, and signalling systems. Several bridges will also be renovated, including one in Pepinster that was severely damaged by the Summer 2021 floods.
During this period, the SNCB will provide replacement buses.
No trains will run between Liège and Verviers until 24 August, and the timetable for certain national lines, such as the IC trains between Ostend and Eupen, will be adjusted.
