The Belgian Federal Food Safety Agency (FAVV) has recalled ‘Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil’ (95 gr.), sold under the Fish Tales brand, due to potential glass contamination.
The product, which is packaged in a glass jar with lot numbers L147553 and L147538, has a best-before date of February 2026.
It was sold until Friday 8 August at Carrefour and Albert Heijn supermarkets, and online at Crisp.
The FAVV advises consumers not to eat the product but to return it to the point of purchase.
