The 11th edition of Les Solidarités Festival attracted more than 60,000 visitors from Friday to Sunday at the Ecolys site in Suarlée, near Namur, organisers announced on Sunday evening.

“Last year was exceptional, with around 63,000 attendees over the three days,” said Festival Director Denis Gerardy. “We feared this year might be less successful, but in the end, we’re almost at the same numbers. It was a bit unexpected, so we’re breathing a big sigh of relief.”

On Friday, approximately 19,000 attendees were present. The headline act was Zaho de Sagazan, though the festival leaned heavily on a strong rock-centric lineup, featuring Sharko, Sam Sauvage, Ghinzu, Hollywood Porn Stars, and dEUS.

Saturday’s tickets sold out more than two weeks before the event. Around 25,000 festival-goers gathered to enjoy performances by Youssoupha, Kyo, and Helena, a Star Academy alum.

Sunday saw a slightly lower turnout, with about 17,000 people attending. The day’s headliners included Adé, Santa, and Styleto. Later in the evening, Hoshi and Saule were also scheduled to perform.

This marks the third time in the festival’s history that attendance has exceeded the symbolic 60,000 mark. The first instance was in 2019, when Angèle headlined during a particularly popular edition. At that time, the event was held at the Citadel of Namur, which is now undergoing renovations.
