Nearly 32,000 people were affected by a power outage in the Dutch city of The Hague on Saturday morning.
The outage began around 17:30 yesterday and electricity was restored by 7:15 today.
During the disruption, some trams had to be diverted. The cause of the outage was a transformer failure at a high-voltage station.
The electricity network operator managed to restore power by rerouting the connection. An investigation is underway to pinpoint the exact cause of the failure.
