Customs seized nearly 58 kilograms of cocaine at quay 1742 in the Port of Antwerp on Wednesday.
The seizure was announced by the Ministry of Finance on Thursday.
The drugs were hidden in a container of bananas originating from Ecuador.
Authorities confirmed that the narcotics will be destroyed.
