On Friday, the federal government launched a website including information on the situation in Ukraine, aiming to centralise all information on the conflict, including the possible impact on Belgium.

The website, which is available in English, French, Dutch and German, includes information for Belgians in Ukraine and Russia as well as for Ukrainians in Belgium and displaced people and for the country's municipalities or citizens wishing to accommodate refugees. So far, more than 10,000 temporary shelters have been offered.

Ukrainians who fled the war in their country will find information about their rights when they arrive in Belgium, the steps they must take, how the reception of refugees is organised, and other relevant details.

Tweet translation: "The Federal Government is today launching a website and info number to centralise all information about the situation in Ukraine and its impact on our country."

It also includes a newsroom, where so far posts have been published by the Belgian Centre for Cybersecurity regarding the cyber threat to the country and how to build cyber resistance. An information number has also been opened on 02/488 88 88, which can be reached between 09:00 and 17:00 every day.
