The 13th edition of the LaSemo sustainable festival will be launched on Friday 8 July in the Enghien Park.

The cultural and musical event, which was adapted to health measures in 2020 and 2021, will be available this year in full format over three days, Belga News Agency reports.

The multidisciplinary programme will offer concerts, street art shows, lectures and entertainment for all audiences.

The musical line-up includes Henri Dés, Girls in Hawaii, Ben Mazué, Calypso Rose, Les Déménageurs, Tim Dup, Cédric Gervy, Alice Francis, What The Funk, Cédric Gervy and Chico Trujillo.

The public will be able to enjoy several entertainment areas, in particular a “Guinguette”, a “papoterie”, an “Amusoir”, a “Troquet” as well as a “Zen” area comprising hammocks, deckchairs, a massage corner and yoga.

The festival will take another step towards its zero-waste goal by eliminating disposable tableware: meals will thus be served in reusable dishes.

Camping areas will be made available to festivalgoers.

The LaSemo Festival kicks off on July 8 at 3:00 PM, while doors will open on Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 AM. The camping area will be open from Thursday at 6:00 PM.
