Belgium's Red Dragons secured their ticket for the European Volleyball Championships with a 3-0 win over Estonia on Wednesday in Roeselare.

Ten days ago, in Tallinn, the Dragons had their hands full with the Estonians (25-22, 19-25, 24-26, 26-24 and 16-18). Things went much smoother in front of the home crowd and after 85 minutes, the scoreboard read 25-17, 25-22 and 25-22.

Ferre Reggers was the top scorer for the Belgians with 22 points. Mathijs Desmet did not do badly either, contributing 14 points.

On Sunday, the Dragons go to the Faroe Islands for their last group match, but after three victories the group win has already been secured. The winner of each group along with the five best runners-up advance to the final round of 24.

Twelve countries have already qualified. Israel was initially in the Dragons' qualifying group but stepped in as one of the four European Championship organising countries, replacing Ukraine.

It has not yet been officially determined who the other three hosts will be and when the championship will be played.
