Rock Werchter announces 34 new acts to complete 2023 line up

Rock Werchter festival has announced 34 new acts to complete this year's lineup, from 29 June to 2 July near Leuven. The new acts include both festival regulars and emerging talent.

Zwangere Guy, Lil Lotus, The Snuts, King Princess and The Mary Wallopers perform on the Thursday of the festival.

On Friday, they will make way for Kasabian, Black Box Revelation, Bear’s Den and SONS among others.

Saturday’s bill includes XINK, blackwave, Dead Poet Society, Vintage Trouble, Sofi Tukker and Just Mustard. Dermot Kennedy, Inhaler, The Teskey Brothers, Portland, Billy Nomates and Destroy Boys join the line-up on Sunday.

The festival’s headliners were already previously announced: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Muse, Stromae, Arctic Monkeys and Queens of the Stone Age. Thousands of fans are expected in Werchter this year.

The full line-up, with 99 different names spread over four stages, is on the Rock Werchter website. The timetable will be announced at a later point.

Tickets for the festival are still on sale at www.ticketmaster.be for Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Saturday is already sold out.
